2. Account Eligibility & Registration
2.1Age Requirement
To open an account and use services on bdc33, you must be at least 21 years old. This platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Proof of identity or other documents may be requested at any time to verify age.
Users from jurisdictions where such activity is not legally permitted are not eligible to use our services. It is entirely the user's responsibility to be certain of the legal situation in their own location.
2.2Account Creation Requirements
- Each individual may open only one account.
- All information provided at registration must be accurate, truthful, and complete.
- The account password must be kept completely confidential and must not be shared with any third party.
- The account holder is fully responsible for all activity conducted through the account.
- Opening an account under a false identity or in someone else's name is strictly prohibited.

3.1Deposit Terms
- The account used to make a deposit must be registered in the user's own name.
- Depositing using a third-party payment account is strictly prohibited.

3.2Withdrawal Terms
- Sufficient verified funds must be available in the account to submit a withdrawal request.

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms
4.1Welcome Bonus
New users at bdc33 receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. Depositing ৳28,000 gives a bonus of ৳20,000 (the maximum), for a total balance of ৳48,000.
Wagering Example: For a ৳1,500 bonus, the wagering requirement is: ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000. This means a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
The wagering calculation is based on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Winnings earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until this requirement is met.
4.2General Bonus Policy
- A bonus offer applies only once per individual, household, address, device, or IP address.
- Please read the specific terms attached to a bonus offer carefully before claiming it.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly permitted.
- bdc33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- If bonus system abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the account may be closed.
VIP Program Terms
The bdc33 VIP program has five tiers. Each tier carries a different weekly cashback rate. Progression through the tiers depends on the user's activity and participation on the platform.

Betting & Gaming Terms
6.1General Gaming Rules
- All game outcomes are determined by a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG).
- Once a round or hand is completed, the result cannot be changed.
- If a game is interrupted due to an internet connection issue, the decision recorded in the system log will be considered final.
- In the event of a gaming error or technical failure, bets may be voided and the bet amount returned.
6.2Sports Betting Rules
- The odds accepted at the time of placing a bet are final. Any subsequent odds changes do not apply to bets already accepted.
- If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets are generally voided and the bet amount is returned.
- If match-fixing or manipulation is suspected, bdc33 reserves the right to void or suspend the relevant bets.

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds:
- Using the platform to launder money or process funds from illegal sources.
- Playing games or placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
- Bonus abuse — such as creating multiple accounts solely to claim bonuses.
- Multiple accounts operated by members of the same household or using the same device.
- Exploiting system errors or programming bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
- Threatening, harassing, or engaging in fraudulent activity against other users.
- Attempting to complete identity verification using false information or forged documents.
bdc33 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and to notify the relevant authorities if necessary.
Account Suspension & Closure
8.1Account Closure by bdc33
bdc33 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:
- A breach of the Terms is confirmed or suspected.
- Satisfactory information is not provided during identity verification.
- Fraudulent or illegal activity is detected.
- A chargeback or unjustified deposit dispute is raised.
8.2Account Closure by the User
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before the account is closed:
- All active bets must be settled.
- Available funds may be withdrawn via the designated method.
- Any ongoing bonuses will be cancelled.

If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, both parties agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration. The arbitration decision will be final and binding on both parties.
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. Failure or delay by bdc33 to exercise any right referred to in these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right.
